The Clinical Core promotes joint efforts by researchers and clinicians to share their knowledge and expertise in translating and implementing new science into concussion care. By focusing research onto critically important gaps in clinical care, fostering discovery and facilitating translation of relevant research, patient care and education are improved in meaningful ways.

“As a parent with a medical background, my concussed daughter’s care at NeuroSport, facilitated through the U-M Concussion Center, was truly exemplary.  The multidisciplinary team delivered personalized care focusing on her injury, rehab specific to her sport, and appropriate academic accommodations to aid in her recovery, resulting in her return to school and sport without restrictions.”

Clinical Core Fact Sheet

“Once I got to NeuroSport and the doctors worked with us, they were amazing; everybody at NeuroSport was incredible. Once we got there, I felt like I was in their hands, and that I could ask questions and that nothing was off the table.”
