Yoona Shim is an undergraduate student at the University of Michigan studying Communications and Media/Marketing. She has built experience in marketing research, strategic communications, and audience engagement through internships in both the U.S. and Korea. From competitor analysis and brand positioning to public-facing messaging and outreach, Yoona enjoys combining research with creativity to help organizations connect more effectively with their audiences. Her interests include digital marketing, consumer behavior, brand storytelling, and data-informed communication strategies.
