Wendy Carender, PT, MPT, NCS, obtained her vestibular certification in 2003 and her ABPTS certification in Neurology in 2012 with re-certification in 2022. Wendy provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for individuals with vestibular disorders, balance impairments, and post-concussion syndrome. She has been a part of the Michigan Medicine NeuroSport Program since 2013, providing vestibular PT for athletes following concussion. She has co-authored peer-reviewed publications on Vestibular/Ocular-Motor Screening in Adolescents after Concussion, Evaluation and Treatment of Balance Impairments, and Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. Most recently, she co-authored the Updated Clinical Practice Guideline on Vestibular Rehabilitation for Peripheral Vestibular Hypofunction.
