Julia Leskow is a PhD student in the Michigan Concussion Center under the supervision of Dr. Eleanna Varangis in the Assessing Traumatic Head Injury with Neurocognitive Approaches (ATHINA) Lab. Originally from Hanonver, Massachusetts, Julia completed her undergraduate degree in Educational Neuroscience at The University of Alabama, and completed her Master of Science degree in Neuroimaging and Informatics at the University of Southern California. Her research interests include using MRI neuroimaging techniques to investigate the neurocognitive and structural brain effects of sports-related concussions, particularly in collision sport athletes at the youth, collegiate, and professional levels.
