Maya Siegel is a first year Biology student that plans to pursue a career in medicine, focusing on public health-related issues, injury prevention, and health equity. Maya Siegel considers public health to be the backbone of modern medicine. Maya Siegel would like to contribute to answering critical research questions about how concussion impacts different communities and how we can ensure that prevention and care are accessible and equitable for all.
